In addition to the Member Benefits, UBAA puts on a variety of events throughout the year, both educational and socially based. Some events are open to the public, some are Members Only, and others are a hybrid that offers discount pricing if you are a Member. ​ ​ We strongly encourage everyone who is affiliated with UCLA to commit to Membership. Not only for the personal benefit that you gain, but because its through our shared commitment that we are able to advance the mission of UBAA which is to empower African American high school students, UCLA Undergraduates, Alumni and Friends with the resources and tools to achieve academic and personal success in our community.
